Wenworth-North Health Cooperative is a non-profit organization that provides health services and medical care to the local community. Our team of health professionals is committed to providing quality care, accessible to all.
The Privacy Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the law is applied and respected within the medical practice. In particular, he or she will be responsible for managing confidentiality incidents, ensuring that all deadlines for new measures provided for by law are met, and setting up an incident register.

Confidentiality: Coop santé is committed to protecting your personal information at all times and to taking all necessary measures to protect it.
Being a member of the Coop santé: your membership in the Coop santé does not guarantee you access to a doctor and does not grant you any privileges of access to a doctor. However, members have other privileges that non-members do not have, for example, certain discounts for services provided by other health professionals and on fees for uninsured services.
By joining the Coop santé, you contribute to maintaining a medical clinic in your community by supporting it economically by paying your annual contribution each year.
In the event of leaving the Coop santé: if you do not request reimbursement of your shares in writing, the Coop santé will consider that you have donated your shares to it after a period of three years without news from you. Failure to pay your annual contributions: failure to pay your annual contributions may cancel your membership as a member of the Coop santé. The amounts due for non-payment of annual contributions will be deducted from the amount of the shares in the event of a request for reimbursement or after three years without news from you. Any request for reimbursement of shares must be made in writing.
